1. What to do if the goods are not received?
From the date of payment, if you do not receive the goods within 60 days, there are two solutions:
(1- 1). Contact customer service to refund. We will refund within 24 hours after receiving the request.
(1- 2). Contact customer service to re-deliver the goods. For re-sent goods, we will send you DHL, FEDEX or UPS.The reissued goods will provide the courier number within five working days.
Please do not file a dispute within 60 days.It is normal for China Post to take such a long time for international mailing.
2. After receiving the goods, what should I do if I want to exchange or return the goods?
(2-1) The product has no problems:
If you receive the package and there is no problem with the quality of the product, we do not support returns, exchanges and refunds, because the return period is very long and the international shipping costs are also high.
(2- 2)There are damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a photo for our inspection, or if necessary, please take a short video for our judgment. We will usually respond to such cases within 48 hours and respond to your suggested solutions or final solutions.
Usually, we carefully check the quality of the goods before shipment. Minor defects occasionally occur, medium and serious defects rarely occur, but they may be caused by collisions of express delivery during transportation.
3. What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If the goods received are not consistent with the ones purchased, we will refund the full payment or reissue according to your request. If reissued, DHL, FEDEX, and UPS will be issued within 5 working dates.
4. The chromatic aberration problem cannot be regarded as a quality problem. All pictures are taken in kind. But chromatic aberration is unavoidable. Due to the slight deviation of the product color during the display, picture and drawing process.
